ORGANIZATIONAL DESCRIPTION

DIGISCRIBE is composed of efficient, competent, and committed, Transcriptionists, who formed themselves to participate in the world called Medical Transcription. Equipped with top credentials and backed with pro-active experiences, medical transcription is made their top mandate.

The group's composition follows the basic principle of an organization in Medical Transcription having a team of MTs, Editors, QA, and Technical Team/Administrative Unit. They operate in a manner that data files are treated with utmost confidentiality with sensitivity for client's needs and preferences.

SERVICES
Providing the best transcription service is a tough and demanding job for any MT organization. But at DIGISCRIBE , our clients are assured of skilled transcriptionists, accurate editing and proofreading, and a fast turn-around time.

DIGISCRIBE imposes a strict and total confidentiality practice in securing our client's data. This is being supported by our well-organized collection, storage and distribution system backed by the latest computer technology.

We have professional transcriptionists who are well exposed with the AAMT Book of Styles, as well as, recognize the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.

Our main service is Transcription with specialization in the Medical field.

Our warmbody of eight (8) able and efficient transcriptionists have sufficient exposure in the field mentioned above. Our transcription experiences are catered in producing transcription works under the following forms and reports:

Considering the time format difference from each others location, presented below is a diagram on the timetable for reference. Work schedule for our MTs starts at 18:00 hours and ends at 24:00 hours, Indian Time, Mondays to Fridays. With an approximate 300 lines output per MT on a daily basis, our client can count on a 2,000 lines per day uploading. However, we could make arrangement for the physician's preference for files needing immediate turn-around-time. We could also make arrangements for transcription works beyond the official time provided below.

Digital Dictation Formats:

We are capable of accessing the following dictation formats:

DSS (*.dss) format
MPEG Layer III Audio Files (*.mp3)
Microsoft tm Wave Audio Files (*.wav)
ExpressScribe thru Express Dictate
Where cases that other digital dictation formats are prescribed or provided by the client, ample time is requested for the group to learn and apply the new audio format as well as secure for related applications to run the dictations.

SYSTEMS/TECHNICAL ASPECTS:

Transmission and Delivery of Transcription of files:

Audio files shall be sent by the client via secured and encrypted FTP through email or our FTP. Transmittal of reports will be via secured encrypted transfer of FTP download or email.

Storage

Audio files and transcripts are stored in database accessible only when using the web-based workflow management application system. This scheme provides another layer of security.

Client has the option to delete the transcripts upon downloading or leave them at the server for easier viewing in the future. However, stored transcripts will be deleted upon termination of the contract. Audio files will be retained for two weeks only to conserve disk space.

Retained files (transcripts and audios) are accessible only by the client and the administrators.

Confidentiality:

We will take all reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of reports dictated by the client. All employees and partners execute a Confidentiality Agreement.

FEES AND PAYMENTS:

Our rates are very competitive and negotiable. . Currently, our clients is paying our team 5.5 cents per line of completed report. (0.05 x $1). We are open for negotiation as to the rates suitable to ones budget.

Accounts shall be settled monthly. Payments shall be made through bank transfer to our (We will notify later). We understand that payment would be net of bank charges and we shall carry for the costs of transfer.
